- The Board of Appeals shall meet upon notification of the Chairman or when requested by the Building Official.

Purpose
- The board of appeals is created to hear and decide appeals of orders, decision or determinations of the building official regarding the application and interpretation of the technical construction codes, as provided in section 204 of the administrative code.
