Utah Sex Offender Registry

Sex / kidnap offenders who are not supervised by the Utah Department of Corrections, (parole or probation) can complete their semi-annual or update their offender registration at the Murray Police Department Detective Division.

The Murray Police Department cannot accept registration fees or DNA samples; these must be provided to the Utah Department of Corrections. First time registers should contact the Utah Department of Corrections.

Offenders registering at the Murray Police Department may do so Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

You will need to provide or verify the following items:

Address of primary and secondary residences
All educational institution affiliations
All names and aliases
All professional licenses
All telephone numbers
All volunteer information and affiliations
Copy of passport and immigration status
Current photograph (taken at police station)
Employment information
Internet identifiers, not used for business or finance
Offender’s physical description
Picture ID
Social Security number
Vehicle information (registration and color)
