Definitions 

Personal Information (referred to in state law also as “personal data” or “personally identifiable information”): Information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual. 

User Data: Any data collected from a user while visiting this website, including information obtained through website tracking technologies.

When you visit this website or Murray City offices, we will not collect any personal information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. Record Series  

State law defines “record series” as a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.   

When we ask for personal information, we will provide the record series where it is kept in addition to a brief notice at or before collection that states the purpose for collecting the information, the consequences of not providing the information, and those who will receive the information (e.g., service providers), We only use the data for the purposes identified in the notice.
