1. Where in the park are you located?

Our office is located in the center of Murray Park at 296 E Murray Park Avenue, behind pavilion 5 and east of the recreation center. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

2. Can I book a pavilion reservation online?

3. When do you begin pavilion reservations?

Pavilion reservations may be made one year in advance of any date, May 1st through October 30th.

4. Does the fee change if I reserve a pavilion for a half day versus a full day?

Yes. Pavilions can be booked ½ day (8am-2pm or 4-10pm) or full day (8am-10pm). The fee will vary according to rental time, pavilion size and residency.

5. What do you charge for a pavilion reservation?

Fees are dependent upon the capacity of the pavilion, rental time and residency. See pavilion descriptions and rates here.

6. May I reserve an area in the arboretum for a wedding?

No. We do not reserve the arboretum area for any purpose. The area is heavily used for photography and walkers enjoying the grounds.

7. I would like to reserve the park with the fishing pond.

The fishing pond is located at Willow Pond Park. Willow Pond is not available for reservation; it may be used on a first-come, first-serve basis.

8. Is a fishing license required at Willow Pond?

Ages 14+ are required to have a fishing license at Willow Pond. Those under age 14 must be accompanied by a licensed fisherman. More...
