What are Sewer Impact Fees?
Sewer impact fees are intended to recover the city's costs of the building excess wastewater capacity from new residential or non-residential developments. By implementing this fee this helps prevent passing on growth related costs to established users through rates.
Where can I pay these Fees?
Typically impact fees will be paid at the time of building permit issuance. Both our building and wastewater department are happy to help in processing the fees.
