If you need assistance with the new system, here is a step by step guide and a FAQ Sheet:
eProcess 360 How to Get Started
To request a revision to approved plans, please email your request to permits@murray.utah.gov include your permit #.
Murray City will allow for Credit Card payments up to $5,000. Anything over that amount will have to be paid via check in person at Murray City Hall Building Division. (Electronic payments are only for the permits being issued out of eProcess 360). All prior permits will still need to be paid over the phone or in person.
For applications taken in eProcess 360; once the plans are approved, and the permit is paid for and issued, we will require a legible paper copy of the approved stamped plans be printed and kept at the job site for all inspections. The new program will also allow for online inspection scheduling at that time.
Please note: if your permit was issued from our old system, the permit # would be 7 digits long, and would start with a number. If your permit was done from our new system it would begin with the letter "E".
eProcess 360 will allow inspections to be scheduled online. If your permit is in the old system, you will need to call and leave a message to get scheduled. Please click this link for instructions on how to do that:
We will not schedule inspections in eProcess 360, they have to be scheduled by the user through their system.
If you have any questions on these items please call us, and we can help you navigate the system.
