The Center's exercise room is open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30 and Thursday evening until 10:00 P.M. Amenities offered include a treadmill, NuStep Machine, Weight Machine, Recumbent Bike, Elliptical Machine, as well as hand and leg weights. Cost is $5.00 per month or free if you provide your Silver Sneaker, Silver and Fit, or Renew Active number to the front desk (this is a benefit provided by your Medicare Supplement insurance). During the University of Utah school schedule, student volunteers assist in the exercise room on Tuesday and Friday from 12:30 to 1:30.
