Arts in the Park
EVENING SERIES
The evening series usually opens early June and runs through mid September in the Murray Park Amphitheater. Most of the performances held at the amphitheater require tickets. The summer series typically include 3-4 musicals, movie sing-along, and 6-7 concerts. Information on production dates and ticket information can be found in the "Evening Series" and "Tickets" tab pages. Full Summer Season Schedule is generally available by Spring. LUNCH CONCERTS
Free Lunch Concerts are held every Tuesday (except week of July 4th) in Murray Park Pavilion #5, June through July. Performances run 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM. Concerts include a wide variety of bands and music genres. We encourage the public to bring their lunches and listen to quality and entertaining local bands. Murray Park Pavilion #5 is located next to the Parks & Recreation Office (296 E Murray Park Avenue) and includes picnic table seating and attached restrooms. CHILDREN MATINEE SERIES
Free Children Matinees are held every Thursday (except week of July 4th) in Murray Park Pavilion #5, June through July. Performances run 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM and are typically catered towards youth audiences. Some of the performances may include audience participation. Murray Park Pavilion #5 is located next to the Parks & Recreation Office (296 E Murray Park Avenue) and includes picnic table seating and attached restrooms. FAMILY NIGHT CONCERTS
Free concerts for all ages are held the second Monday of every month, June through September, at the Murray Senior Recreation Center. Concerts run 7:00 PM - 7:50 PM and are typically held in the outdoor plaza. Concerts may be moved indoors if weather is not behaving. The Murray Senior Recreation Center is located at 10 E 6150 S (you do not need to be a member to attend the Family Night Concerts - they are open to the public and for all ages).
